Delivery Times/Shipping and Handling
Our delivery times for custom hand-loomed shades vary based on the project's scope. Please contact us for the latest lead time estimates. Please keep in mind that adding lining fabric may add to your estimated lead time.
Our shipping charge is 7% of the order value (except for oversized shipments). We use Fedex as our domestic carrier. We offer local customers the option to will call their orders at our San Francisco showroom at no charge.
Care and Maintenance
We recommend operating your shades regularly to limit the amount of dust accumulation. If your window shades are in need of a more thorough cleaning, you can do so with a vacuum dusting brush attachment on lowest setting to remove dust particles.
Child Safety
Presidio Classics is committed to the safety of those who use our window treatments. Please remember these common sense safety rules: Position cribs, beds, playpens and other furniture on walls without windows and window shades. Never allow anything to dangle into a bed or crib. Make sure that continuous-loop cords are permanently anchored to the floor or wall, and that the cord stops are properly installed. Be sure to install and consistently use included safety features such as tension devices.
